We produce Sales Lead Management software for vehicle dealers. Our system organizes sales staff, provides managers with the reporting tools they need and allows manufacturers to see what's happening in their network. AutoSLM is a next generation Lead Management solution that helps dealers manage customer enquiries and the entire sales process. System Overview
AutoSLM Sales Lead Management is our primary product, similar to a traditional Customer Relationship Management tool but with much more emphasis on converting your dealership's sales leads into vehicle sales.

AutoSLM are leading providers of automotive Sales Lead Management solutions in the UK, Europe, South Africa and the Middle East. The development team behind it have many years of experience working on similar products and have leveraged this vast knowledge into AutoSLM to create a truly class leading solution.

So what can it do for me?
If you are a Sales Executive, AutoSLM will allow you to capture customer details, vehicle enquiry details and trade-in details. You can then create quotes and order forms for your records. You also have a full featured diary and task management system that allows you to stay organized, manage your day and keep in close contact with all your customers.

If you are a Sales Manager, AutoSLM will provide you with full reporting capabilities. You can easily see what your sales team are currently working on, how many customers they have contacted, how many sales, test drives or deliveries have been made that month and so on. It also allows you to set targets and monitor your performance against those targets.

In a nut shell, the system manages all your prospect data, helps you manage your sales team, produces all the reports you require and ultimately helps you sell more vehicles.

Our system helps managers manage the dealership. It reports on all showroom activity, gives a dashboard of which Sales Executive is seeing which customer and which customers are expected in, and at what time. It tracks conversion rates and can also show you the profit made on cars, accessories & finance.
A Sales Executives day can be fully organized with our excellent and easy to use Customer Relationship Management tool and combined diary system. Simply record the customer's details and the vehicle they are interested in. AutoSLM will then track them in the diary for future test drives and follow up calls.

AutoSLM has everything a busy Sales Executive needs to manage and organise their customer database and to look and sound professional when following up a customer contact. Never forget about a customer again with detailed notes and contact history available at your fingertips on any device from any location.
Reception is the first impression a customer gets of a car dealership, so our system helps receptionists track calls and pass them to the correct sales people. Calls that require customer call backs are marked, so that a Sales Executive can see who's called and the message the customer left.

A full report of calls can be viewed and Reception can also add in sales leads for Sales Executives from other locations such as website enquiries.

If you have a Host, why not try our iPad app? It helps them monitor and greet customers by name. Their iPad allows them to use the system whilst walking around the showroom greeting customers.
AutoSLM has a module for Service Managers. It allows them to search the sales database for customers, and then add service notes to that customer's record. Sales staff can then easily see the customer's full history, notes and service details they might wish to be aware of when the customer comes in to visit.

Service users also link into the Reception module. A full report of customers & calls missed can be viewed by the Service Manager, so they can find and contact a customer quickly and easily.
Over time, Sales Executives can build up very large customer databases, and they don't always get time to call every customer back. So we invented the Nurturing user module for our system. The Nurturing function can be carried out by an individual or team and can be on-site or remote from the dealership. They contact any customers that have been left to one side by busy Sales Executives.

The role of a Nurturer is to simply contact customers to see if they are in the market to purchase a car again, or for example, to check where they are on their change cycle. They can book an appointment for the customer and add that straight into the Sales Executive's diary along with all the notes that the Sales Executive needs to know about this returning customer.

Nurturers can also use our KIT marketing suite to keep in contact with customers through broadcast SMS messages and e-mail campaigns.
AutoSLM has a full stock management suite as a module of the system. We can link to daily stock feeds so that a full stock list with high quality images can be immediately shown to your customers.

Stock Managers can use the stock module to print Point of Sale material (including QR code trackers if required). We can report on stock and inventory values and produce basic or full image stock lists for customers to take away if required.

AutoSLM Integrate with Gforces Net Director

AutoSLM have developed a link to Gforces NetDirector to pull in customer leads that have been put onto the dealers website hosted by Gforces. Any of our customers now using Gforces can request from their account director, a service to allow AutoSLM pull in all the web leads ready for follow up by the sales team.

AutoSLM Telephony - AutoCall

AutoSLM have developed in-house and released a new produce called AutoCall. It allows you to have call recording on your incoming and outgoing calls, it automatically recognised customers numbers and puts recordings in the customers history, it also works with reception to pop up incoming calls to the receptionist with the customers name and sales exec. Full call number tracking is part of this system as well for marketing purposes. No hardware needed, no replacement of your existing phone system, we use all your existing phones and lines including mobiles. Call us today for more information!

AutoSLM Offline App Released

AutoSLM were one of the first to deliver an iPad / Android app back in 2012. We have now completely re-built this app from the ground up to fully work without an internet connection. The app stores customer and part exchange data (including all photos of the vehicle) in an offline mode when you have no internet connection, for example when you are on the other side of the forecourt out of WIFI range. All features of the app are fully useable offline. The app then detects when you are back in WIFI (Internet) connectivity and sends all your stored data to the servers. This means you can now use your mobile device in places like motor shows to capture potential customer information, and when you get back to the dealership it will upload all that data stright into your AutoSLM system.

Toyota Hub Rollout Starts

The Toyota / Lexus data hub that will deliver central leads to Toyota and Lexus to dealers and to collect showroom traffic stats has started its rollout to AutoSLM showroom and Reef systems first. Other third parties, DealerWeb / Contact Advantage / Enquiry Max / Fastrack / Close IT / Manheim and Pinewood to name but a few, are all scheduled to complete their data connections to the AutoSLM / TGB hub to start data transfers very soon.

AutoSLM Are Building The Toyota UK Data Hub

AutoSLM have been asked by TGB to build a data collection hub for all Toyota & Lexus centers in the UK that are not on the Sales Workbench system. AutoSLM have already built a very successful data capture system for Vauxhall, and we are now doing the same thing for TGB in the UK. We are going to be collecting data from third parties such as Reef,Contact Advantage, EnquiryMax, Pinewood Pinnacle DMS, ADP, DealerWeb, Close IT.

I wanted to write and express how pleased I am with the transition from EGM to AutoSLM.

As you are aware we have been using a competitors electronic diary system since January 2009, so the decision to move to a new sales lead management programme was very carefully considered, especially because of the likely disruption to ongoing live diaries for 24 sales exec’s, five dealerships and three franchises.

Well almost two months in and everyone has adjusted quickly to AutoSLM and find its advanced functions, especially the use of iPad’s in front of customers most beneficial. Managers are very pleased with the reporting features and it enables close management of all sales leads.

Any early teething problems were quickly resolved by Mike and I have found the service and support levels excellent throughout.
